Harper Grey LLP is building our business law department. We have an immediate opportunity for a solicitor with 7-15 years or more experience.
If you have an existing practice that includes corporate/commercial, real estate and/or other business law, we're interested in talking to you.
Your role would be to carry on your individual practice and work with and support our business law, commercial litigation and securities litigation groups.

LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Your job would be to work with one of our senior partners. Duties include:
- Organization of a busy wills and estates practice
- Type and draft correspondence
- Preparation of documents
- Communication with clients
We are looking for someone with these qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a legal administrative assistant, preferably in the areas of wills and estates
- Proficiency with MS Word
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates flexibility, reliability and resourcefulness
- Personable and confident, with a positive attitude
