Kathryn Neilson appointed to BC Court of Appeal
May 9, 2008The Hon. Madam Justice Kathryn E. Neilson was elevated from the Supreme Court of British Columbia to the British Columbia Court of Appeal on May 9, 2008.
Madam Justice Neilson practiced with Harper Grey LLP before her appointment to BC Supreme Court in 1999. She was the first female member of the firm to be appointed to the bench.
