Bena has acted for insurance clients on matters involving coverage issues, occupier's liability, personal injury, and property damage claims. 

Her practice consists primarily of chambers applications including: summary judgment dismissal applications, jury strike applications and other interlocutory chambers matters. Bena prides herself on resolving cases as quickly and as efficiently as possible for her clients.
