Kat Kinch articled with Harper Grey and following her call to the Bar of British Columbia joined the firm as an associate.  Prior to articling, she served as a judicial law clerk at the British Columbia Supreme Court in Vancouver. She was a member of the UBC's champion Wilson Competitive Moot Team in 2003, arguing in the final round.

Representative Client Work

Acting on behalf of clients in contested family matters in British Columbia Supreme Court and Provincial Court, including negotiation, settlement, and court hearings

  • Appearing as junior counsel in the British Columbia Court of Appeal on civil matters, and in the British Columbia Supreme Court on health law, family and criminal matters
